How can I increase my monthly limits?

As a business, the number of customers that we receive monthly may differ from time to time because of the season, availability of promotions, customers' buying trends or even technology. As a result, your monthly limits in sending your review invitations may not always be the same.
Adjusting your limits for email and SMS can be easily done by your account managers. Please feel free to reach out to them via the support chat or email at [email protected] should you need to increase your allocation.

Email invites @ $6 / thousand invites
SMS invites @ $20 / thousand invites (US & Canada)
User accounts @ $10 / account / month
Pro-tip: One way to tell if you have already reached your limit is by checking the pop-up message that would appear on your dashboard when you send an invitation. A notification will also be sent to your account managers to advise them in case you have already reached your monthly invitation limits.
