What are the channels that I can use for my invitations?

We support two channels in sending your invitations. You can either use email or SMS. These options will be given every time you send your invitations via Customer List or Send Invites.


You can use any of these channels depending on the information that your customers will provide. On top of this, you also have the option to use both channels if a customer will provide you with both an email address and phone number. In case you are wondering how does it work, just simply add both email and SMS template to your campaign and the platform will send your invites based on the information provided.
