What are "Manual Reviews"?

I'm sure that you already experienced a customer sending you a message on email, SMS or a manual form to tell you about their experience or how grateful and happy they are with your service. Some customers will go the extra mile in adding these feedback to your social media pages such as Google and Facebook, while others will choose not to add their feedback online. The latter part is where the manual reviews will come into play.

Manual reviews are your customer's review or feedback which are not posted in any of the review sites that we support. These reviews have to be manually added to the dashboard so you can track and show it off to your social media accounts or website using the widgets.

Here are the steps in adding your manual reviews:

1. From your dashboard's menu, go to Reviews and select My Reviews. You will be directed to My Reviews page where all your reviews will be posted or compiled.

2. Next, click on the + Add Manual Review button located on the upper right side of the page to start adding your manual reviews.

You will be prompted to provide the details such as the source, star rating, review date, text, and customer's name. The source is usually added by your account manager. You can reach out to them in case you need to add or modify the sources for your manual reviews. Adding the customer's photo is optional. You can leave it blank in case you don't have any.

3. Finally, click the "Save" button to save all the details.
