Isn't it nice to have visibility on your competitor's performance? Good news! Your review dashboard can help you monitor your competitor's reviews while staying on top of your reviews. The process of monitoring your competitor's performance is in the same manner as to how you manage your reviews. You can reach out to your account manager to set this up, just provide them the competitor's name so they can start adding them for you.
You can switch between competitors and your main account from the dropdown on the left side of the dashboard. Your competitor's dashboard will only show you their reviews and review sources.
