What kind of notifications can I receive?

Do you love the sound of your phone or laptop beeping for a new email? If that's a yes, then you'll love using our platform as we send you different kinds of notifications to help you manage your reviews. Here are the notifications that you can receive for your account:
1. New reviews
This notification is enabled by default. New review notifications are being sent every time you receive a new review from any of the review sites that you have added to your account.
2. Private feedback
Just like the new review notifications, private feedback notification is enabled by default. You will receive this notification every time your customer chooses a negative or neutral rating and fills out the private feedback form.
3. Review summaries
Depending on your preference you can also receive your daily, weekly, or monthly review summaries.
All these review notifications will be sent to you via email. You can always adjust which emails do you want to receive by visiting your account drop-down menu and select Notifications.
